If you are looking for secure clean and very competitively priced self storage then JNJ is the right place to go. I moved the contents of my house from another well known storage company to JNJ back in August 2021, today I handed back the unit as I was finally able to take ownership of my new home. All the staff at JNJ were helpful polite and took the time to make sure the unit I needed wasn’t too big and therefore saving me money. I did forget my code a few times, but the staff were on hand immediately to help with this. JNJ in my opinion is run how companies used to be with the client in mind. Business is business but JNJ have the right balance I feel. Thank you

I’ve had a small unit for several years and more recently a larger unit. Staff always friendly & helpful. Security seems very tight.

We could not have found a better place to store our house old items whilst waiting to move to Italy during the epidemic. Jonathan, Kita and the team made us feel like our items were in good hands and as we had some 1000sq ft to store Jonathan accommodated us in the bigger facility. We cannot recommend them enough and thank you Jonathan for helping us on our various visits as well as putting up with our numerous trips in to add to the “pile”. Thank you to all of you for heling us during a very stressful time.

Guess what if you want a storage unit that is run by really decent people who will do what they can to accommodate your needs and requirements and actually thoroughly nice to talk to as well.
If I need a storage unit again I will be back.

The company is very transparent in his policies and with clear pricing and deals depending on the contract lengths. Pricing is very competitive in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. Access is easy and facilitated by large trolleys made available to the customers to transport goods between the storage units and the parked vehicle. I would recommend it and use it again.

We used JNJ for a short period in between a house move. From beginning to end, the process was smooth and professional.
The storage units were clean and well kept. I was concerned about that musty smell on items of furniture when we collected but that certainly was not the case with this facility.
This family fun business provide a bespoke service to their customers with excellent communication and adaptability. I highly recommend them.

JNJ is an excellent, reasonably priced, self-storage facility set in the countryside near Pulborough. Modern steel units of varying sizes ensure that anything you store there will remain safe and secure. It’s a family-run business that is efficient and friendly and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Can highly recommend the use of JNJ for storage. In moving house recently we decided to put into store our excess furniture and possessions to make the moving-day logistics less stressful. Best decision we ever made. Although an extra moving -expense, it is a small additional cost overall and JNJ offered a straight-forward, no-nonsense service with all our requirements and questions covered and dealt with in a professional manor.

Looking for storage in West Sussex? I had reason to do so recently, and used JNJ in Pulborough. The facility is some distance from the main road, which is good for security as the owners are on site permanently. We rented a unit for our personal effects at reasonable cost for over a year. It was spotless when we arrived and, although there is no heating in the units, there was no sign of dirt, dust, mould or damp when we came to unpack last week. After a year, we had, of course, mislaid our key, but Johnny had no need for the cutter that he keeps handy as Katia knew exactly where to lay her hands on the spare.
The facility seems very popular, as most of the units were taken. I would thoroughly recommend this business.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The units are clean and tidy and are in a variety of different sizes which will accommodate most people’s requirements. The site itself is at the end of a secluded lane and is very secure. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the facilities again.
